Release Schedule and Vesting Details
To ensure a fair distribution and long-term commitment to the Orchidz Web3 platform, tokens issued to the team, investors, and the ecosystem will be subject to a carefully designed vesting schedule. This vesting schedule encourages the team and investors to remain focused on the platform's growth and success.
Vesting Schedule for Team and Investors:
25% of the tokens will be vested at a one-year cliff following the Token Generation Event (TGE).
The remaining 75% of tokens will be vested linearly on a monthly basis over the subsequent three years.
Detailed Vesting Conditions:
If the total unvested amount is less than 25,000 OCZ, 100% of the tokens will be vested and unlocked at the one-year cliff. This vesting will occur linearly over a 60-day period beginning on November 7, 2023.
If the total unvested amount is less than 50,000 OCZ, 50% of the tokens will be vested and unlocked at the one-year cliff. This vesting will occur linearly over a 60-day period beginning on November 7, 2023. The remaining 50% of tokens will be vested and unlocked daily over the following 12 months.
